FEES

Evolution Resourcing Ltd provide a "Clear Fees Policy" so, as an employer, you can see exactly what you will be paying for your recruitment. Our fee is only payable when we have provided you with a suitable candidate.

Fees shown applicable from 1st February 2010 until further notice.

1. Standard Rates

Evolution Resourcing are under no pre-determined agreement with the client and are one of multiple agencies instructed on permanent or contract employment.

*Minimum fee is £2,400 except in the case of Contract staff employed for <52 weeks.

2. Preferred Supplier List

Evolution Resourcing are part of a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) where they are one of a limited number of agreed agencies dealing with permanent or contract vacancies for the client. Rates are negotiated individually with each client.

3. Exclusive Agreement

Evolution Resourcing are employed on an exclusive contract with the client and all permanent or contract vacancies are placed with Evolution Resourcing only. Rates can commence from as low at 10% for an annual salary up to £20,000. Please contact to discuss full rates for this option.

Company Car/Allowance

A Company Car or Car Allowance will be treated as an additional £3,500 above annual salary for the purpose of calculating the fee due.

Additional Information

All fees are payable within 14 days of date of invoice.

VAT is charged at 17.5%

NOTE: The appropriate rate will be confirmed with the client upon signing of our Terms of Business in accordance with the services requested.

Refunds for candidates who leave a permanent role within a specified period are as follows:

Contract refunds are based upon the appropriate fee charged in line with the pro-rata salary and terms agreed as illustrated in the Fees section, eg. £20,000 per annum salary for 6 month contract on a Standard Rates basis = £10,000 x 15%

CONVERSIONS (CONTRACT TO PERMANENT)

Conversions will be charged at the annual salary rate, based upon the terms of business agreed.

Fee chargeable if engagement during contract assignment, within 12 weeks of leaving assignment or 26 weeks after commencing assignment, whichever the longer.

No refund terms on Contract to Permanent.

Example:
Contract employee hired for 26 weeks at £20k per annum equivalent at standard rate. Fee paid (£10k x 15%) = £1,500. You advise that from week 27 you wish to employ the contractor permanently at £20k per annum. Final fee paid ((£10k x 15%) x 75%) = £1,125 - a saving of £375.
